Kay was Dr. Heringer's first patient, and she has been coming back ever since.

KAY: I've been a patient of Dr. Heringer's for approximately 32 years. I was his very first patient on the very first day that he opened up his practice. My parents continue to come to him, they're both in their 70s and I'm sure would never think of going anywhere else. I, myself, have been coming here. My children have been patients of Dr. Heringer's also so it's been a long tradition coming to Dr. Heringer's office.
