Fillings: Case 1

Description

Chantal's old sealants were worn down which were placed many years ago and chose to have the remaining sealant removed and conservative filling placed on her molars. Upon removal of the the sealants decay was found under the old sealants. Fortunately Chantal chose to be proactive in having the sealants removed, because it was just a matter of time before she would have started to have symptoms on these teeth. Chantal is confident in the fillings placed on her teeth. Knowing the fillings are more structurally sound than the sealants gives Chantal confidence in the length of time the fillings will last.
